martinMARTIN Collection Inspiration from “The Oklahoma Is On My Mind” photo series. The Outdoor Symbolic Memorial is a place of quiet reflection. The Gates of Time monumental twin bronze gates frame the moment of destruction–9:02am–and mark the formal entrances to The Outdoor Memorial–9:01am–found on the eastern gate, represents the last moments of peace, while it’s opposite on the western gate–9:03am–represents the first moments of recovery. The Gates of Time was (as well as the entire memorial) designed by The Butzer Design Partnership, this memorial honors the victims, survivors, rescuers and all whose lives we’re changed forever on 19 April 1995.
